This Tulip bouquet was left on my doorstep with other goodies when we came back from the COVID test centre in December 2021. We knew we were going to be isolating for the next 10 days, and it was day 1 of the Christmas break. This became the first of a series of Still Life paintings that filled my isolating days with joy inspired by this act of kindness.
Since the original artwork was painted in a unique proportion, you may either need a custom-sized window mount for framing, or a standard square aperture revealing part of the bottom white margin. Some units are available framed in white 30cm x 30cm solid wood, and an off-white window mount. Make sure you select the correct option above.
This Giclée Fine Art print is produced using archival inks on Hahnemühle German Etching paper (300 GSM), which is museum quality and has a strong yet subtle texture that gives it a handmade crafted feel. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Please note that the dimensions listed above include a white border.

Mounting your Print
A window mount, also known as passepartout, is the mat often seen around a picture or artwork when it is framed, creating space between the art and the glass to protect and preserve the piece.
The size of the window mount has two dimensions:
1.- External Dimension: The overall size of the mount, which must match the size of your frame (e.g., a square 6 x 6 inches).
2.- Aperture Size: The inner window opening which must be slightly smaller than your print so the mount can neatly cover and secure the print's perimeter (eg.: 5 x 5 inches aperture for a 5.5 x 5.5 inches art piece).

If the artwork is not a standard size, framing suppliers offer custom-sized window mounts. These can be tailored to perfectly fit your artwork while also matching the mat's outer dimensions to a standard frame.

For the longevity of your print, always choose acid-free mounts.
